The Why
For the longest time, our owner wondered what her calling was. She knew it was to help people, but just didn’t know how.
For 13 years, she worked in healthcare and HR, getting her Master’s in Healthcare Administration, and worked her way to being an Executive Director for assisted living communities. Specializing in dementia care and Alzheimer’s, she figured she could make a huge difference in people’s lives.
During this time, Ashlynn also was working on marketing, website design, budget management, and many other things on the side for local businesses.
However, soon realized that healthcare wasn’t the place for her. She wasn’t willing to help corporate companies steal money from the elderly, so she decided to make a change in life and go to sales.
In this journey, she met some of the most influential people in her life. She watched as they cared for their team both in business and in their personal endeavors.
With their guidance, Ashlynn sold over $13 million in new homes in just over two months, then left the company to work with her mentors full-time. They pushed her to do more, so she decided to help others be successful in their business at rates they could afford.
She has worked with companies that are just starting and not taken a penny, just to help them become successful and pay when they were settled and had consistent income. Our goal is solely to help people become what they want to be and watch their dreams come to reality.
